General information FABA Conductor systems are the perfect link in intralogistics to supply trace-controlled components reliably with electric energy. At the same time control commands and data can be transmitted easily. The area of application is not limited to intralogistics alone - FABA Conductor Rail Systems are absolutely reliable for outside use as well as in the logistics, the overhead monorail sector and the general conveyor technology. Numerous customers in Germany and abroad appreciate the reliability and the flexibility of our products. For routine tasks like the transfer of signals to the components, the arrangement of electric or galvanic separations within the rail track has proved itself.
	Isolated conductor rails The standard color of our single-insolated rails is orange.The number of poles is arbitrary. All conductor rails fulfil the protection class IP2X. Our 3- and 5-meter standard lengths guarantee a perfect handling and quick, comfortable assembling. A flexible modular concept with plug-able or screw-able connectors, feed connectors, electrical separations and transfer sections enable both a fast and comfortable adaptation to a modified line arrangement or modified control requirements.
Collectors The mechanically most-strained component in a conductor rail system. Our collectors contain long years of the experience – they are durable and need a minimum of maintenance. Our innovative product D-EAS for the logistics and the overhead monorail sector provides energy- and data transfer without any interruption. Our collectors for the crane stream supply contain many innovations, as for example the snap in mechanism when lifting the head or the "swimming afacility" on lateral rail arrangement.
